Carolyn Dixon-Pugh-Realtor

Carolyn Dixon-Pugh has been a licensed realtor for the past 15 years and just recently passed the Real Estate Broker’s exam. Carolyn has a vast knowledge of Philadelphia and its surrounding counties. Born and educated in London, Jacqui moved to Philadelphia and worked as a Commercial Representative at the British Consulate. As the South Street renaissance exploded, she opened a clothing store and then a restaurant which is still operational after 20 years. Stuart Galkin

Stuart Galkin comes to CB Welker Real Estate with over 20 years of property management experience. Previously, Stuart was the General Manager with AIMCO, overseeing the day to day operations of high rise apartment communities in Center City Philadelphia. Mr. Galkin was also the Retail Director of the Comcast Center for Liberty Property Trust responsible for the launch of the Shops and Market of the tallest building in Philadelphia. While at Resource Real Estate, Mr. Galkin served as Vice President of Asset Manager overseeing a portfolio of 16 multi-family class “B” and “B+” style assets, approximately 5,000 units. Other past experiences include Assistant General Manager for Franklin Mills Mall in Philadelphia and Property Manager for Berwind Property Group, also located in Philadelphia.
Furthermore, Mr. Galkin created and operated two non-franchised retail packaging / shipping store called The Mail Room located in Cherry Hill and Marlton, New Jersey. Mr. Galkin holds both a New Jersey and Pennsylvania Real Estate Licenses. Mr. Galkin holds a Bachelors degree from Glassboro State College (now known as Rowan University) and a Master’s degree from Saint Joseph’s University.

David W. Feldman

David W. Feldman is President of Right-Sized Homes, LLC, a real estate development and project management firm in Southeast Pennsylvania concentrating on sustainable development in established urban neighborhoods. Prior to establishing Right-Sized Homes, LLC., Mr. Feldman was a consultant to non-profit and private developers of urban infill housing, and worked with community development corporations to design and implement neighborhood revitalization and marketing plans. As Senior Program Officer at Local Initiatives Support Corporation, he underwrote and provided technical assistance on the development of over 3,000 units of low- and moderate- income homes.
Mr. Feldman is is also a Pennsylvania-registered architect, whose early career included architectural practice and teaching in Philadelphia, Boston and the United Kingdom. He completed the Graduate Management Studies Program at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, holds a Master of Architecture degree, with concentration in Urban Design , from the Graduate School of Design at Harvard University, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Design of the Environment (a joint planning, landscape and architecture program) from the University of Pennsylvania. Mr. Feldman has been an agent with Coldwell Banker Welker Real Estate for 5 years.
