Alan Mandel

Alan Mandel has worked in all phases of real estate in Philadelphia—sales, management and development. He has 25 years of experience in the business. Alan brings organization, energy and commitment to his job.  He has been extensively involved in community organization and development in the south of South Street area of Philadelphia. Alan is proud of writing award winning grant proposals for home ownership and senior citizen housing which helped to turn around key blocks in his neighborhood.  He believes that real estate agents can make an important contribution to the growth and prosperity of our city.

Desarrie McDuffie

Desarrie McDuffie is a dedicated member of the Pennsylvania Association of REALTORS® and has been an investor of real estate since 2002. Prior to becoming a REALTOR®, she received her Bachelor of Science degree from Beaver College (Arcadia University) in Early Childhood/Elementary Education. After graduation, she decided not to teach however, she went on to work in Social Services and had the honor of being part of a wonderful movement of helping “at risk” families and youth. After 10 years, Desarrie decided her contribution to social services was done (for the moment) and choose to continue her dedication to helping people by assisting community members with obtaining their dream of home ownership and financial empowerment. Desarrie is a true volunteer at heart as well as in action. She currently sits on the Board of the South of South Neighborhood Association (SOSNA), serves in Town Watch, and participates in many neighborhood efforts to improve the overall livability of her beloved community.

Michael Michlada

Born, raised, and educated in Philadelphia. Michael graduated from Temple University School of Business Administration, Cum Laude.  He has had various career experiences including a Director’s Position at the Famous Resorts International Casino Hotel in Atlantic City.  He has also held positions with Prudential Securities and the Internal Revenue Service.  Michael has personal and professional experience in both residential and investment Real Estate in the Philadelphia market.  Michael has now joined the Coldwell Banker Welker Real Estate Organization as a Sales Associate.

Robert W. Rabe
Land / Investment Property Specialist

Robert Rabe has over six years of diverse real estate management, construction, operations, sales and marketing experience with regional and national real estate firms.  He is a licensed realtor in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania and has particular expertise in property acquisitions, dispositions, management, sales and leasing.  Robert has also managed the financial modeling, investment analysis, financing, budgeting and pricing of residential and commercial projects.

Robert specializes in the acquisition and disposition of residential and commercial real estate assets in excess of $500,000 throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey.  Recent transactions include residential multi-family buildings, apartment complexes, raw land, office buildings, strip malls, mid/high rise buildings, industrial warehouses and approved subdivisions throughout the region.

Mr. Rabe has a Bachelor of Science degree in Earth / Environmental Science, as well as a minor in Business Administration from Wilkes University.  He is also currently pursuing a CCIM Designation.  Robert is a native of Northern New Jersey and currently resides in Philadelphia.

Jennifer Thompson

Jennifer graduated from Towson State University in 1992 with a B.S. Degree. She spent over nine years working for a global investment management firm as a licensed stock broker prior to becoming a realtor. Jennifer has been a resident of Center City Philadelphia for several years and loves the city and all it has to offer - especially its charm, warmth and friendliness.
